Ari Katajamäki -Bass-

Born in Seinäjoki 22.08.1979, and been living here since.  My musical career started in ´94 when
we desided to put up a band with my friends. I used to play a little bit of guitar and make some music with computer before that. Somehow I then ended up to play bass.

I remember at  first I didn’t like it at all and thought of quitting it some times... But then I started to like playing it more and more, and now about 12 years after I’m at this point I can't even imagine to play anything else for real.

We also had few different projects after that. I can't remember the first metal band I liked, but it might been something like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Gnrs or such via my brothers. Nowadays I like listening music at very wide range, but metal is still closest to my heart. My biggest heroes at metal bassist are Harris, Burton, Kainulainen,  Newsted, just to name few.

I remember when we formed this band in nightclub here in Seinäjoki and soon after that had our first rehearsals I was sure "this is it". Now 8 years after that we have improved a lot as players and I think also found our musical style it'll be nice to hit studio again this summer with these new songs. I have good feeling with our new album.
